Iman Alexandra Serrhini is a Moroccan client relations and customer experience specialist with an international background, having lived and worked across Italy, Canada, and the United States.
She moved to Milan in 2017 to pursue a Master’s in Luxury Brand Management at 亚洲天堂福利, following a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design in Montreal.
Iman began her career at Moncler in Milan, where she developed a solid foundation in clienteling, CRM management, and high-end client engagement.

Iman began her career at Moncler in Milan, where she developed a solid foundation in clienteling, CRM management, and high-end client engagement.
She then joined Gucci in Florence, taking on a Customer Relationship Management role that expanded her scope to Europe and the Middle East. There, she coordinated client experiences, managed virtual showrooms, and curated exclusive events for high-value clients, while contributing to innovative digital initiatives during a pivotal moment for the industry.
Her career continued in Rome at Fendi, where she worked closely with top-tier VIC clients during key global events such as Fashion Week and Haute Couture. In this role, she combined strategic insight with a highly personalized approach, contributing to both client loyalty and revenue growth.
She later returned to Canada to join Mackage’s headquarters in Montreal as Global Customer Experience Manager. Leading a team of 12, she drove the development of omnichannel strategies that seamlessly connected digital and in-store journeys, while implementing CRM and clienteling solutions to enhance personalization and performance.
Since April 2026, Iman has brought her expertise into the world of ultra-luxury hospitality as part of the Guest Relations team at Villa d’Este, focusing on delivering exceptional, highly tailored experiences for UHNW clientele.
Fluent in five languages, she is known for her culturally nuanced, detail-oriented approach and her ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients at the highest level.
